Is it Possible to add DFF field element specific

Summary:

Hi

We have a use case where we need to add one DFF field to one of the Specific payroll element to capture one custom value while adding it to an employee . I don't see flex field option is available on Payroll element to add , But I see DFF is available on element entries page level (PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_DFF) but when I enable it this field is available for all elements . Is there way to restrict DFF field specific to one particular element
