24D- Reply emails not going into ORC/Requisition or to the recruiter email

Summary: 24D applied on 11/18, I have been advised that recruiters are not receiving replies from candidates both via email and within ORC on the requisition/application they are working on. The emails are returning to the created inbox for 2-way communications, and manually need to be sent out multiple times a day by an admin. This was working correctly as of Friday 11/15/24, the only update that I have made was to remove hiring managers from replies to automated emails.

I have confirmed our OAuth connection is valid and working.
