RSSP Delivery And Billing - Project DFF Update

Hello,

The business would like for us to hide some RSSP fields under the "Delivery and Billing" → "Edit Line Distribution" → "Project Costing" when a project number is entered. I found that this section is tied to the "projectDFF" region via the UI:

In VBS, I see that this is available in the Advanced Mode (I know we are only supposed to use Express at the moment) but there is little to no functionality to change this section as of 24D. Looking at the slides for 24D New Features and RSSP roadmap, I see that 25B has a section for "Business Rules/Extensibility support for Descriptive Flexfields":
