Inexplicable duplicate records in HRC_PERS extract

Hi,

Please find attached an extract of the file generated during the night. For this person (and maybe others as well) we have 4 work relations in the file and 2 of them have an assignment which are 100 % the same. This file has been created via ADD A PERSON (PENDING WORKER) and afterwards been converted to EMPLOYEE. Attended result : 1 period_of service which is not primary (PENDING WORKER) and 1 periodof_service which is primary and has an assignment. Why is this happening? How can we fix this and prevent this subsequently in the future?
