Backdated Termination Transaction initiated by current line manager/HR are failing

Summary:

We are facing issues in termination transaction when Line manager or HR initiates backdated termination transaction.

We have 3 rules, initiated by line manager, L2 manager and HR.

When HR initiates backdated termination then it goes in error with error message :

The L2_IN_Termination rule in the HN_SITE_HR_RULE rule set failed because a supervisor does not exist for abc

Can we make use of this attribute somewhere for backdated termination transaction?
