Need to validation for maintain the same start date

Dear Team,

Here we have received a customer requirement to maintain the same date for below date attributes.

1.Employee hire date

2.Payroll relationship start date

3. PPM start date

In the business process, the above mentioned dates should be the same date. Therefore our customers need a validation to avoid the user mistaken when they filling these dates. Is there any delivered rule for this validation or can we configure any rule for this validation. In our R&D , we found the mentioned document but there was no option to configure this rule or no option in the HCM design studio.
