Is it possible to restrict view access to a specified Feedback Questionnaire?

Summary:

We are looking at solution options to capture candidate Medical Assessments within ORC. We would like to restrict Recruitment Admin and Hiring Managers from seeing the Medical Assessment Questionnaire within the Feedback tab, however, they should have access to see the submitted Interview Feedback Questionnaires.

One solution would be to create an Interview Feedback Questionnaire for the Site Nurse to complete during the Medical Appointment. Once submitted, it's available for Requisition Owners to view. We want to restrict this based on role, however, we don't want to restrict access to ALL Feedback Questionnaires, only the Questionnaires called 'Medical Assessment'.
