Automated Job Application Notification not showing in Messages Tab

Hello ORC Community,

We have configured a send notification action in one of our CSPs to send candidates a message when they have been rejected at a particular phase and state. The notification is received by the candidate in their emails.

The issue that we are having is that there is no confirmation in the Messages Tab that this correspondence has been sent to the candidate.

This is causing some confusion with our hiring teams as they are uncertain that the candidates are actually receiving the rejection notification.

Why is this the case? Is this intended by design?

Any clarification on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
