Alerts Composer: Birthday Alert- Table in Email

I am using the Upcoming Birthday alerts, but if a Manager has more than 1 employee with a birthday, it groups them into the same box rather than build a table with multiple rows. I've provided a screenshot of the HTML that I currently have and what the output looks like.

Does anyone have sample HTML that they can send for the table?
