Name Change & Document Attachment
Summary:
When employee changes name in Self-service, they are required to attach a document evidence and send for approvals so the Approver is seeing the document evidence before approving. Comments/Attachments section can be used to attach document evidence that flows along with approvals however client wants the attachments to flow to store in Document records
Any thoughts on how to accomplish a Name Change and also force an attachment that can flow to approvals and also store in Document records?
