Need Customer's email instead on Full Name in chats_rt

Hi,

We have a requirement of presenting the email address instead of the full name in the Chats - Real Time report. Kindly let me know how I can do that, since the chats_rt report does not have a JOIN criteria at all, and so not able to join with any other table.
