Integration for Create New Values for List of Values

Summary:

We need to create an integration in order to create new values for our values set (List of Values) in Oracle PIM.
Because we create these values from our ERP and we need that values to be sent to Oracle Pim.

So, we need one API or another way to get that. Could you please explain me how to do it?
