User Account Details | Inactivation of the accounts

Accounts are periodically deactivated, needing to be manually reactivated every day. In the yellow highlighted portion, this would need to be manually clicked every day to activate the user as they getting deactivated daily. Does anybody know why this happens? Any responses would be appreciated. Thank you
