Few fields are automatically populating after position synchronization

Hi Team,


We are rehiring the Terminated employees. While doing the Rehire we have not provided Retirement Age and Date and worker category is selected.
Once after the position synchronization the Worker category got changed and there are values in Retirement Age and Date.
