In Help Desk a New Resource is not able to complete an Action Plan task

Summary:

I have noticed that when I am working with a Task in Action Plans- Help Desk, the new Resource added to the Task is not able to complete the task as it goes in error. Is only happening with the new Resources added to a task. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A agent adds a new resource/agent to an existing action plan in a help desk request but when the new resource/agent logs in and tries to complete that task gets an error
