Transactions with the top participant run into an error

Hello erveryone,

We have the top managing director as a top participant for one of our clients. No one comes above that and it is the end of the hierarchy. Now an employee will start directly below him. If we want to create her as a pending worker, the transaction runs into an error. The AoRs are all assigned correctly. To solve this problem quickly for the time being, we have added another line manager and then added the top participant (the top manager) via Person Management. After that, all further transactions made in connection with this employee will work. However, this
