DFF not appearing in Disability info

Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have created 5 DFFS under the code PER_PERSON_DISABILITY_DFF as seen in the screenshots below, these DFF has been deployed. They can be seen on VBS and i have set them to visible and editable. but despite these changes the DFFs does not appear on the screen.

how can this be fixed? is this a bug?
