When the Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners create an requisition, they copy paste content from MS WORD document. If the content in MS Word document contains varied colors, highlights, Fonts size and space it does not format automatically when pasted from MS Word doc to the Job Description section. It requires manual work by the recruiters to edit and align so that the Job description looks consistent for the candidates

In RUI when the content was copied from an MS Word doc to the Job Description section when creating a new requisition, the content would format automatically.
