View ESS logs on quickpay says "Too many matching records found"

After running a quickpay and navigating to View Logs, a warning pops up saying "Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records". But there are only 4 records and no way to specify criteria on that page.
It has been doing this for a while but it's easy to click ok and get past it. It's just a bit weird. Is this a known issue?
