Hide the +Add button on Personal Payment Methods page for Payroll Admin Users
Summary:
We would like to remove access for our Payroll Administrators to +Add or Edit the Bank Accounts for Employees within the Personal Payment Methods page, however, I can't seem to find the right role / privilege to remove.

I have reviewed the Payroll Administrator roles / Privileges and tried a few options to remove the 'Employee Bank Account Management' and 'Use REST Service - Worker Bank Accounts' but this hasn't changed the access. If I remove the role 'Manage Worker Personal Payment Method' then it stops the user from even being able to View the page details.
