Error message PAYLOAD exception

Hi Expert,

When employees update their personal information (personal information about their contact), the transactions failed with the error message "Current user does not have the WRITE privilege on task attribute: PAYLOAD.exception.description"

I found an answer to provide the "write access" to the "approver" in the BPM Worklist but I can select 'approver". I tried to select all but the transaction remains failed.

Any idea to fix it ?
