Custom E-mail with .ics file

Hi everyone,
We are implementing a custom notification (email) via dataset.
The customer requested a reminder alert that sends a reminder email to learners x days before the course due date.
The customer also wants a calendar (.ics file) in the custom reminder email.
Is it possible?
Is the someone who know how to do that?
