Work Experience section does not capture hours worked

The current Work Experience section does not capture hours worked per week. This is necessary for recruiting analysts to be able to calculate full time experience for each of the applicant's listed jobs. Without the hours to determine length of experience, we are potentially moving candidates forward that do not meet minimums.
