Ways to Schedule Purge Staging Tables ESS

Summary:

Is there a way to schedule the ESS Process: Purge Staging Tables in such a way that can be done at the end of the day, and not immediately after a Data Collection process?

In our case, we have multiple regions/countries working at different time zones and Data collection cannot be done in a single shot, so multiple runs are dont within the same day; as data collection times are about 2-3 hs in some cases, having a "Purge" Process causes a blocked status and therefore it is continuously hampering our data collection.

If this could be avoided or sent to a manager end of day / night shift, it would allow us on running data collections in the proper times and a consolidated purge later.
