How to Reschedule/Cancel Delta Exam certification?

Hi, How to Reschedule/Cancel Delta Exam certification? when tried to reschedule before 24 hours of scheduled exam time, it gives an error " User is not eligible for the delta"

Note: Reschedule/Cancel policy does not mention anything on the delta type exam, it says 24 hours before the scheduled exam time.

Please do share your experience.
