AOR's are not getting end dated or deleted after global transfer

As soon as someone is globally transferred from one LE to another, they still end up retaining the access to the employees they had in their scope defined in the older legal employer. Ideally it is has to be revoked.

Is this the functionality or is there any setup to end date OLD AOR during global transfer.
