How to Set Conditional Smartlist Functionality ?

I would like to ask if it is possible to use Smartlists with conditional functionality.

Here’s an example of what I’m trying to achieve:

• Column 1: Includes 5 items generated by the Account dimension (A, B, C, D, E).
• Column 2: Includes 10 items generated by the Custom dimension (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

Requirement:
I would like to set up a condition such that:

• If "A" is selected in Column 1, only items 3, 4, and 5 appear in Column 2.
• If "B" is selected in Column 1, only items 1 and 7 appear in Column 2.

The goal is to filter the options available in Column 2 based on the selection in Column 1. My client prefers this setup as they do not want to scroll through all Smartlist members when making a selection.
