Error 'You don't have manage access for this document record. (PER-1532625)' while raising DOR

Hi All,

We have created a custom role (Mentor) who should ideally be able to raise the DOR to his reportes, is unable to raise the DOR and seeing the following error - 'You don't have manage access for this document record. (PER-1532625)'

Can anyone help us on this.
