Person# field is not available from "My Team > Users & Roles > Create" while creating.

Summary:

Our requirement is to enter the person number manually while creating an employee from UI.
We have enabled the required configurations for the same.

But Person# field is not available when we are trying to create a person from the navigation "My Team > Users & Roles > Create".
In addition, Terminate Employee option is not available on the same screen.

(We understand that 'Person Management' screen is used to terminate the employee and Person# is available from ‘My Client Groups > New Person’ screen. But our client wanted to use the "My Team > Users & Roles > Create" option as this screen is more user friendly.
