Access for Manage Activities in Oracle Learn

Summary: Hello Team, we are creating a custom role for Oracle Learn to provide only Learning assignment access, we were able to get the quick action for Learning assignment with mass actions etc but the "Manage activities" link does not appear - Has anyone come across ismilar requirement and knows the privileges needed?
