Visibility of the global temporary assignment

Hi everyone,

we are carrying out analyzes and checks regarding the action of global temporary assignment, i.e. the action by which we move an employee from one company to another.

Therefore we have noticed that once the employee is actually hired for the new company as HR MANAGER or HR we have the possibility to see all the employee, organizational and salary information relating to the previous assignment.

There would be the possibility of being able to manage visibility on the previous assignment, therefore hiding the information of the previous company as I am the manager of another legal entity.
