24D regression - ADF error in while expanding Biographic Info section

We are still with RUI.

After 24D upgrade, receiving ADF region error while expanding Biographic Info section.

This is in all PODs and for all users.

Verified with Seeded Employee role, same issue is happening.

Is this a Known issue? Is there any solution?
