ORC - How to find the source info of candidate when it's not captured in system

Need to know how can we get the source info of candidate from which source medium they applied.

Because of one of the BUG identified in ORC

Bug 36395951 - SOURCE INFORMATION BLANK FOR EXTERNAL CANDIDATES

candidate when applied to job requisition, the source info for them is not captured in system under "Source info" section.

So now is there any way we can check and get the source info for those candidates for whom source info is missing
