Is there a way to hide specific countries in Information Category field in Legislative Info

Summary:

Is there a way to hide specific countries in Information Category field in Legislative Info section (region) for Hire an Employee redwood page ?

We do not want to hide the Information Category field itself but want to hide specific countries in that field.

I tried through VB Studio but it doesn't seem to work, attached screeenshots for reference.
