bell notification of requisition approval does not go away - parallel approval

Summary:

We have a parallel approval for requisition. The reason for parallel approval is that when someone is absent or on leave, someone can approve on behalf.

The problem is in the bell notifications. If Approver 1, click approve on the bell notification, that notification goes away. But for Approver 2 or Approver 3 who also received the notification, they cant take action on the same notification because approver 1 has approved already. clicking approve will just show an error message which is ok because someone else approved already. The problem is the notification of approver 2 and 3, it will pile up. It does not go away in the list because someone has approved/reject preiviously.. the list will continue to grow with approval request notification if setup is parallel . There is no dismiss button.
