Candidates are not able to upload cv when they are applying via ORC

Summary:

Since 6.12.2024 we encountered serious issues (different countries including Poland and Germany) → Candidates are not able to attach resumes when they try to apply.

1. External Candidates

Error: "Your attachment couldn't be uploaded. Verify the file extension and try again."

2. Internal Candidates

Error: "You do not have permission to add a new attachment."
