Add new Rate ID tag in Standard Payment XML template

Summary:

We have a requirement to add new tag(Rate ID) under ExchangeRate XML tag in Standard Payment XML File. Now, we could see below XML tags in the payment xml file but how to add new Rate ID tag. We will provide this Rate ID tag information under Manage Daily Rates form.
<RateType>Corporate</RateType>
<Rate>1.11000111000111000111000111000111000111</Rate>
</ExchangeRate>

How to map this Rate ID tag in RTF template in the standard payment xml file.
