Unable to edit single select menu entries?

Summary:

We are currently unable to edit menu entries for single select menu attributes at the product line level. I'm curious if anyone is experiencing the same issue and/or is able to guide me towards a resolution?

This is occuring for many of our single select menu attributes. For example, we have a single select menu attribute at the top/product family level - "size". The attribute is used across many product lines, and in many models under each line.

We have unique menu entries for this attribute for each product line at the product line level below the product family level. Previously we could edit these menu entries, but now we cannot. The 'Apply' and 'Refresh' buttons aren't visible like they used to be to update the attribute, and interestingly the 'Add Entry', 'Delete', and 'Entry Manager' buttons are all present however they now do nothing:
