How to move all balances from one TRU to another

Summary: We have a client with employees who were hired and paid all year in the incorrect TRU. There is not a process in Oracle to move all of the balances to the correct TRU. Does anyone have a report that they have used for the same situation that you would be willing to share? Assuming we'd need to use the Batch Balance Adjustment process.
