Transferred to Owned Transactions Shows zero On hand Quantity

We have created a consigned receipt with consigned terms Aging Onset Point : None and No aging Days.When tried transferring the ownership through Transferred to Own the available Onhand quantity shows 0. Any idea how to resolve this?
