Can Yield on Item Structure have more than 3 places after decimal?

Summary:

Can Yield on Item Structure have more than 3 places after decimal?

My client is in flexi/consumer packaging and if they are calculating yield using their operational scrap and application is rounding to Yield to 3 places after decimal, it's giving a value for their component usage that is having difference with the expected value. We found that if Yield value is provided till 4 places after decimal, the component usage is as expected.
