How can we remove the Recruiting pop ups on Schedule processes pages not tied to ORC/Recruiting

Summary: When a schedule process transaction name is entered and the scheduled process comes up 2 red question marks pop up

one for Index Candidate attachments for use in candidate search and one from Oracle support Send the customer customer configured automated job application notifications to candidates ….

This just showed up for us this week. Is there any way to remove these messages as they pop up on any schedule process we try to run?
