Pop-Up alerts while hiring an employee

We want to explore the feasibility of creating pop up messages that we would be able to generate before clicking Submit on the Hire an Employee, Add Contingent Worker workflows.
Example of pop-up messages that can be displayed:
"Have you added a line manager?", "Are you sure that the salary currency is accurate? etc.
