When processing internal movements through Manage Job Offers, we have been notified that when the HR Specialist selects the change action (example provided below) the change workflow is not triggering in some instances. After the change action is selected, the page updates and displays the team member's Employment Info page. What may be some causes as to why the change workflow is not triggering and how to avoid these issues so that the workflow triggers going forward? I can confirm that the internal movements were not processed via Change Assignment (In Core HR) prior to attempting via Manage Job Offers.
