How to view who physically completed an Activity within an Offering?

Summary:

We are looking for a way to view the user id who physically completed an activity within an offering. This information is needed during audits to know if the learner completed the activity or a Learning Specialist marked the activity complete using Manage Activities. Another example is to know who marked an offline activity complete. We previously used the Last Updated By field on a custom report but it appears that stopped working sometime in 2023 or early 2024 (we have a report dated from late 2022 where the activity last updated by data displayed on the report was accurate)
