Hire an employee action with a back date, work email address start date is the system date.

When doing "hiring an employee" action with a back date, if we enter the work email address during this action the work email start date shows up with a start date of system date(when the action took place), not the effective date of the hire action. There is no way to change the work email address date also as its not editable since it is used in the user account. The client needs the email start date to be as the hire date for down stream integrations.
