How to add learning outcome?

Hi All,

I have enabled all required profile options and talent profile accordingly to enable learning outcomes, but still dont see the learning outcome tab when creating or updating any course in the redwood.

Is there anything else tobe done in the redwoo page and when using with dynamic skills.
