Finding Special Handling field in FDI

Summary:

I'm working on some reporting for a client, and one of the Metrics I need to create requires a filter on the Special Handling field. However, this field doesn't seem to exist in any of the Procurement subject areas available to me in FDI. How might I go about retrieving this field so that I can pull it into my metric?
