Approvals workflow Add Assignee backward routing

I have an Approval Workflow

1 Creator , 4 Approvers ----

Creator > Approver 1(approved ) >> Approver 2 ( Approved ) >> > Approver 3 ( Received but wants to reroute it back without approve ) >>>> Approver 4 ( not yet received )

Approval 3 wants to add assignee but it should be before Approver 3 and after Approver 2
