Inability to terminate the employee

Dear all,

An employee must be terminated on December 31, 2024 and has a global temporary assignment.

However we terminated the global temporary assignment first on December 31, 2024, but the same error still occurs and it is not possible to terminate the employee's primary assignment on December 31, 2024.

How could we proceed to terminate the employee?
